Dr. Lexi Grosvenor Eller is an obstetrician-gynecologist for Intermountain Healthcare and an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Utah. She has a degree in molecular biology from Princeton University and an MD from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. After her residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon, she came to the University of Utah for subspecialty training in maternal-fetal medicine (high-risk obstetrics) and earned a Masters in Public Health.
As a high-risk obstetrician, Dr. Eller specializes in caring for women with medically complex pregnancies, fetal conditions that require specialized care and surveillance before birth, and prenatal diagnosis. She has published peer-reviewed research on topics including abnormal placentation, recurrent pregnancy loss, and physician counseling of women whose pregnancies are complicated by severe fetal anomalies.
Lexi grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and lived in North Carolina and Oregon before moving to Salt Lake City in 2005 with her husband and their two young children.
